Underwriting Details
Credit underwriting is done based on the borrower’s past loan history and income. In other cases, demographic details are also considered as factors to check the creditworthiness of a borrower while approving a loan application.
Primary Eligibility
All salaried / self-employed individuals can get an unsecured personal loan from us. Check if you are eligible below.
Age
The borrower's minimum age should be 21 and maximum should be 45.
Income
Minimum Net Monthly Income should be above ₹ 12,000
Defaulter
No default in the past 2 years
Resident
Applicant should be an Indian resident
KYC Checks and Document Validation
The following documents are required when applying for a loan:
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of Address
- Proof of Income (Bank Statement)
- Any other document requested by credit risk team during appraisal
Credit Decisioning Criteria:

Fee Structure
What is fee structure of loan availed from LenDenClub?
LenDenClub charges two type of fees from borrowers.

- Loan Processing Charges**5% + GST
- Pre-payment chargesNIL
*Fixed registration fee of Rs. 199 is charged from each borrowers at the time of registration. LenDenClub charges these fees to recover cost incurred towards assessment of the borrower. Registration fee is a one time fees paid by the user and it is non-refundable.
** Loan processing fee is charged at the time of loan disbursal. Processing fee is 5% of the loan amount plus applicable taxes. The amount is deducted from the disbursed amount.
